350g flour
125g of the butter
2 eggs
4 open tablespoons of honey
175 g sugar
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking
1 teaspoon spice gingerbread
(or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and ginger)
Melt the honey, butter and sugar in the microwave or in a pan.
When preparing fondue.
Mix flour, cocoa, the bicarbonate, spices.

Cover with plastic and put 1 hour in the refrigerator (to harden the paste).
Preheat oven to 180 °.
