Chocolate cake in the microwave without gluten

Ingredients:

 

3 eggs
120g cornstarch
100g sugar

10cups milk

Mix eggs and sugar, starch and yeast.

  1. It is quite difficult to find a gluten free recipe and when I came across the site, owl did I say to myself. The photo of the chocolate cake scared me a little (I imagined something very flat), but it was late and hey hop I'm going. I put half the packet of yeast (started) and I baked in a normal oven, I'm not a microwave cook, these are the only modifications. The dough being quite liquid I was very very afraid, but after 3/4 cooking time at 180 ° C, the result was, I admit it, up to my expectations: beautiful and good.
