Stretch and flatten each piece. Place in center of chocolate chips. | |
Close and seal the dough strand. | |
Gently roll each sausage with small chocolate inside. | |
Braid the three strands into tightly. Do the same with 3 other pieces of dough. | |
This is 2 braided buns. Let rise in oven at 35 ° 40min. | |
Preheat oven to 200 °. Once lifted gently brush 2 braids with the milk mixture and orange blossom. | |
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 min about. Monitor your cooking because the time depends on your oven. Cool your Zopf on a grid. |
