brioche tressée Ingredients:

10 cl of warm water
40 melted butter or melted planta
a bag of chocolate chips
1 egg
4 tablespoons orange flower water
80 g sugar
370 g de farine T65 bio

Preparation of the yeast:
1 packet of yeast
15g of warm water
1 teaspoon of sugar

To brown:
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons orange flower water

Cool your Zopf on a grid.

    braided buns just come out of the oven, I expect them to cool completely for taste ! In any case, they are like pictures with the smell of brioche and more !!!!
