Ingredients:
350g flour
125g of the butter
2 eggs
4 open tablespoons of honey
175 g sugar
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking
1 teaspoon spice gingerbread
(or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and ginger) |

Melt the honey, butter and sugar in the microwave or in a pan. |

When preparing fondue. |

Mix flour, cocoa, the bicarbonate, spices. |

Pour over the melted preparation. |
 |
Mix, add eggs, mix.
Cover with plastic and put 1 hour in the refrigerator (to harden the paste). |

Preheat oven to 180 °.
Remove dough from refrigerator, a ball.
Take a piece of dough and spread it on a floured. |

By using different cookie cutters to cut cookies. |

Place on parchment paper or a silicone plate.
Cook 10 min at 180 °. |

Let cool on rack. |
