Ingredients for 4 people:
3 goya (bitter cucumber)
5 small eggs or 4 large eggs
125g de tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
a little oil
A little diced ham or chicken or pork. Sauce :
4 tablespoons of miso
2 tablespoons of Japanese sake
1 teaspoon of sugar
