Peel and remove seeds from cucumber. Cut the onion into small cubes | |
Grate the cucumber then drain in a colander (by pressing a few) | |
Mix the yogurt onion and spices. | |
Add the grated cucumber, drained. Rest 15 min in fresh. | |
To sample the Raïta of concombre with Naans accompanied by example salmon slices. |
