Jar of cream gluten free

Ingredients:

2 egg yolks
40g brown sugar
30cl of single cream (gluten-free)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 150°.

Separate the yolks from the egg whites.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens and doubles in volume..

In a saucepan, boil the cream with the vanilla extract..

Pour in the boiling cream several times over the mixture milled (egg yolks and sugar) stirring each time.
  The mixture is ready.
 Pour into ramekins.
Place the ramekins in a dish filled with hot water, to cook in a bain-marie.
Bake 40 minutes at 175 °.
Put a teaspoon of brown sugar and brown under the grill or with a kitchen torch.

A déguster froid ou tiède.

Remember to take a light meal before enjoying the jar of cream gluten free, this dessert enough calories but so good !!!

By adding the melted chocolate into the cream you have chocolate creams ; of même, by brewing black tea in the cream… After it is you who improvise !
