Pizza au chocolat

Ingredients:

– 300g flour
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 15ml water
– 2 teaspoons of salt
– 1 packet of yeast
+15g d’ eau tiède
+ 1 teaspoon of sugar

Dissolve the yeast with 15g of lukewarm water and the sugar.
Film and let stand 10 mn.
Yeast should froth.
Mix all ingredients then add the yeast mixture. Knead food processor or by hand.
Lightly flour a bowl of earth.
Place the dough. Then put it in the oven at 35° to rise..
After 30 60min à la pâte to well gonflé (it should double in volume). Remove dough from oven.

Preheat oven to 200 °.

Huiller molds or a large dish pizza (ultimately less aesthetic).
Roll the dough into small molds.
Spread the dough chocolate spread , praline….
Ask if you want on some pizza slices of banana or other fruit.

Bake at 200 °

It’s ready to be enjoyed warm, preferably!

A pizza party for sweet and sour!

You can also substitute chocolate spread with tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive… but here we move away from desserts!!!
