Pizza au chocolat


– 300g flour
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 15ml water
– 2 teaspoons of salt
– 1 packet of yeast
+15g d’ eau tiède
+ 1 teaspoon of sugar

Délayer la levure avec 15g d’eau tiède et le sucre.
Film and let stand 10 mn.
Yeast should froth.
Mix all ingredients then add the yeast mixture. Knead food processor or by hand.
Lightly flour a bowl of earth.
Place the dough. Puis la mettre au four à 35° pour lever.
After 30 60min à la pâte to well gonflé (it should double in volume). Remove dough from oven.

Preheat oven to 200 °.

Huiller molds or a large dish pizza (ultimately less aesthetic).
Roll the dough into small molds.
Spread the dough chocolate spread , praline….
Ask if you want on some pizza slices of banana or other fruit.

Bake at 200 °

You can also substitute chocolate spread with tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive… mais là on s’éloigne des desserts!!!
