Matcha ice
  Ingredients :
– 20cl of single cream
– 50g sugar
– 2 egg yolks
– 2 to 4 Shape Coffs of “matcha” (Japanese green tea powder) to taste
– 1/2 teaspoon of locust bean gum (you can make ice without gum)
Mix the matcha with a little cream. It's a bit delicate you shouldn't make lumps.
Mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add the cream, mix
In a mixing bowl to prepare and locust bean gum, mixer.
It's ready.
Pour into ice cream maker.
Japanese green tea powder.
Once the ice is completed, pour into small molds silicone. Place in freezer.
Unmold and serve on a plate. Look after your presentation for your viewing pleasure.

This ice tastes a bit special, Personally I love it, but you may not appreciate this perfume.
