	Ingredients : 2 eggs 300 g flour 35 cups milk 1 sachet baking powder 1 tablespoon sugar Mix eggs and sugar.
	Add the milk, mix.
	Then the flour, mix.
	The dough is ready
	Bake in a waffle iron.
	Return cook the other side.
	Serve with icing sugar, chantilly, an ice ball… Freezes well. To defrost or reheat waffles, put them in the toaster to give them a crispy texture.
	With chocolate sauce.
