– chicken livers
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 onion
– Salt and pepper

  Dans une poële mettre l’huile et l’oignon coupé, cook over low heat.

Quand les morceaux d’oignons sont dorés verser les foies de volailles.

Cook over medium heat. Saler, pepper.
Present in small dishes with vegetables as an accompaniment.
