Ingredients for 10 small naans :

300g de farine T65 bio
1 yoghurt (You can also use soy yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
8g baking powder
75g of warm water
1 tablespoon of oil

Mix all ingredients.
Knead the dough into a ball, rest 10 minutes.
Do 10 small balls.
Spread each ball.
Place the naans on a heated rim pan over medium heat (# 2 in the glass ceramic).

Cover skillet with a lid to cook, 1 to 2 minutes.

Then return to cook the other side, always covered.
Ask them when cooked in a cloth to keep warm.
Here are your naan, you can freeze (thaw in toaster).

To warm : wet your hands move on the naan to moisten them and then move to the toaster.

A beautiful presentation in a basket and your guests will be impressed.
