Ingredients:4 medium eggs
575g flour
200g sugar
125g of soft butter
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder , a little milk for brushing
Mix eggs.
Add them to all the other ingredients.
The mixture should be sandy.
Make a ball. If dough is too dry add a little milk, if too sticky add a little farine.Si you have time let the dough rest (covered with a plastic film) 15/20 min in the refrigerator.
