Pie piperade

Ingredients for the dough to the map:25cups milk
60g melted butter
1 egg
500g bread flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 packet of yeast
Ingredients for stuffing:1kg de tomates
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
5cl of olive oil
salt pepper
2 laurierun leaves little milk to glaze
Place all ingredients in the map.
Program paste (1H30)
Cut onions into small cubes and fry with oil in a skillet.

Cook 5min.
Cut peppers into strips.
Add the peppers in the pan, salt and pepper, add leaves laurier.Faire cook until peppers are tender.

Spread half of dough.
Place in a buttered pie dish.
Peppers cooked.
Put the peppers (lukewarm). Spread remaining dough and place on peppers.

Bake at 175 °
