Jar of cream gluten free

Ingredients:

2 jaunes d’oeufs
40g brown sugar
30cl of single cream (gluten-free)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Préchauffer le four à 150°.

Séparer les jaunes des blancs d’oeufs.

Battre les jaunes d’oeufs et le sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse et double de volume.

Dans une casserole faire bouillir la crème avec l’extrait de vanille.

Pour in the boiling cream several times over the mixture milled (jaunes d’oeufs et sucre) stirring each time.

 Pour into ramekins.
Placer les ramequins dans un plat rempli d’eau chaude, to cook in a bain-marie.
Bake 40 minutes at 175 °.
Put a teaspoon of brown sugar and brown under the grill or with a kitchen torch.

A déguster froid ou tiède.

By adding the melted chocolate into the cream you have chocolate creams ; of même, by brewing black tea in the cream… After it is you who improvise !
