Jars of Creme Brulee
2 egg yolks
|Preheat oven to 150 °.
Separate the yolks from egg whites.
|Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy and doubled in volume.
In a saucepan boil cream with vanilla extract.
|Pour in the boiling cream several times over the mixture milled (egg yolks and sugar) stirring each time.|
|The mixture is ready.|
|Pour into ramekins.|
|Place ramekins in a dish filled with hot water, to cook in a bain-marie.|
|Bake 40 minutes at 175 °.|
|Put a teaspoon of brown sugar and brown under the grill or with a kitchen torch.
Enjoy it cold or warm.
|Remember to take a light meal before the dessert enough calories but so good !!!
By adding the melted chocolate into the cream you have chocolate creams ; of même, by brewing black tea in the cream… After it is you who improvise !
