Shortbread

Ingredients for a pie shell, Shortbread…:

250g flour
2 open teaspoons yeast
90g sugar
1 egg
120g of soft butter

Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix with your hands to make the mixture sandy; for manic with a fork . Here is the texture and, knead or shape rather (very little).
Because the more you knead your dough will be less sandy !!
Make a ball. Wrap the plastic wrap.

Turn dough 20 to 25 min in fresh.
