250g wholemeal flour
100g brown sugar
125g honey
2.5dl milk
1 baking powder
2 level teaspoons”spice gingerbread”
(or 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of 4 épices)

Mix flour, the levure, spices.
Warm the milk and honey, sugar, in a saucepan or microwave, mix.
Pour milk over the preparation, mix
Pour into a cake mold silicone unbuttered or buttered cake pan

cuire a 50mn 1 hour in the oven at 175 °

Enjoy the day ! and yes the gingerbread is much better 1 to 2 days after baking !!
