21cups milk
20g of the butter
1 teaspoon of salt
20g sugar
350g de farine T65 bio
10g of yeast Bio (5 teaspoons)

In the bowl of your machine, to milk, melted butter, salt and sugar.
Then add the flour and the yeast last Bio.

Make a paste program (1H30).

Your dough is ready.
Remove the dough from the machine. Flatten with your hand into a rectangle.
Then fold the dough toward you, crush the fold.
Aplatisser again.
Then fold towards you.
Crush the fold.
Roll the sausage a bit of dough. Take a cake pan or bread.
Put in pan and let rise 30 min in the oven at 35 °. The dough is raised.
Close the loaf of bread. If you only have one loaf pan leave open.

Preheat oven to 200 °. Once hot place the bread bake for about 20min.

Once cooked remove from pan and let the bread cool on a rack.
Cut the bread super soft! Store in a towel.
It's ready for breakfast, a taste.

Ideal for croque-monsieur !
