300g de farine T65 bio |

Mix all ingredients. | |
Knead the dough into a ball, rest 10 minutes. | |
Do 10 small balls. | |
Spread each ball. | |
Place the naans on a heated rim pan over medium heat (# 2 in the glass ceramic).
Cover skillet with a lid to cook, 1 to 2 minutes. |

Then return to cook the other side, always covered. | |
Ask them when cooked in a cloth to keep warm. | |
Here are your naan, you can freeze (thaw in toaster).
