madeleines au chocolat
Ingredients:- 3 eggs
– 100g sugar
– 150g flour
– 100g melted butter
– 3 open teaspoons yeast
– 2 tablespoons orange blossom
Preheat oven to 200 °. Mix eggs and sugar.
Lather.
Add flour, melted butter, yeast and water orange blossom.
Pour the dough 3/4 in a madeleine pan.
If you use a mold that is not silicone
think of butter each footprint madeleine.
If you do not have a madeleine mold you can pour the pulp 3/4 in paper boxes.
Cook 10 15min at 200 °
Unmold when completely cold, otherwise you risk breaking the madeleine.
For chocolate madeleines :Put some of your favorite chocolate squares in a cup and melt in the microwave.
Dip one side madeleine into melted chocolate.
Wait until the chocolate hardens.

    flour t65 for example what does it correspond to ?

      You can find T65 flour in the flour section of your supermarket the number is written on the package, prefer an organic product from the supermarket, better quality. T65 is a bread flour for making breads.
