potato gratin special
|Peel the potatoes, wash. Cut into thin slices.

Your dish is ready. If there is a lot of milk that your potatoes are not good. I prefer not to put cheese in this dish because it masks the taste of potatoes. You can add a tablespoon of cream in milk.
