Puff pastry with ricotta


250g of cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 puff pastry
50g parmesan
100g diced ham
100g peas
salt pepper

Preheat oven to 175°. Put the pastry into a round mold
Battres eggs.
Add the ricotta.
Add the Parmesan, peas,ham, salt and pepper to taste.
Warning Parmesan cheese is salty !
Pour in the middle of the mold.

Fold the pastry into the center.

Cuire à 175° 30 to 40min.
C'est prêt.
Serve warm and enjoy.
