Cookies au chocolat
|Mix sugar with the softened butter. It's easier with an electric mixer.|

|Add milk and melted chocolate.|
|Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and sifted cocoa.|
Your dough is ready; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
|Preheat oven to 180 °
In a bowl put the sugar.
|Take a teaspoon of dough and roll in icing sugar.|
|Flatten but not too much the ball on a baking parchment paper or a silicone plate ; leave a good space between each cookie (they will expand during cooking).
Bake at 175 degrees about.
|It's ready to eat, still warm they will be better.|
