Cookies au chocolat

2 eggs
125g butter, softened
320g brown sugar
60g melted dark chocolate
80ml of milk
340g de farine
8g cocoa Poudres Amer
4g yeast
icing sugar

Mix sugar with the softened butter. It's easier with an electric mixer.
What gives you this.
Add one egg, beat; then add the other egg, then beat again.
Once well mixed !
Add milk and melted chocolate.
Mix well. Add flour, baking powder and sifted cocoa.

Your dough is ready; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.


Preheat oven to 180 °

In a bowl put the sugar.

Take a teaspoon of dough and roll in icing sugar.
Flatten but not too much the ball on a baking parchment paper or a silicone plate ; leave a good space between each cookie (they will expand during cooking).

Bake at 175 degrees about.

It's ready to eat, still warm they will be better.

You can add chocolate chips or pecans.
