|Stretch and flatten each piece. Place in center of chocolate chips.|
|Close and seal the dough strand.|
|Gently roll each sausage with small chocolate inside.|
|Braid the three strands into tightly. Do the same with 3 other pieces of dough.|
|This is 2 braided buns. Let rise in oven at 35 ° 40min.|
|Preheat oven to 200 °. Once lifted gently brush 2 braids with the milk mixture and orange blossom.|
